HARTZ CAME TO US WITH A SERIOUS PROBLEM…

Their social wasn’t fun. It was losing engagement daily, the posts were getting lost in feeds and not relating to people, especially their target audience of young millennial & Gen Z pet owners. Over the last year, we’ve rebuilt the brand on Instagram, proving to be relatable and fun. We got weird. We made songs and videos about cat pants. We somehow made these songs educational about products, yet really fun to watch. We brought in memes. We gained followers and engagement. Enjoy.
